Terrance MacGibbon
Mr. MacGibbon is a co-founder and Chairman of INV Metals Inc. He is a registered professional geologist (“PGeo”) and a certified director, Institute of Corporate Directors (“ICD”) with over 45 years of experience in the mining business. Mr. MacGibbon was employed for 30 years with Inco Limited, ultimately directing Inco's North American and worldwide exploration activities. Mr. MacGibbon was founder, Chairman and CEO of FNX Mining Company Inc. from 1997 to 2010. From 2010-2012 Mr. MacGibbon served as Chairman of the merged company Quadra FNX, which was subsequently sold to KGHM Polska Miedź SA in 2012.

Mr. MacGibbon is a co-founder of Torex Gold Resources Ltd. and is the founder of TMAC Resources Inc. Mr. MacGibbon has held directorships and senior executive positions in several TSX and TSX Venture Exchange listed mining companies and is currently also a director of Torex Gold Resources Ltd. and Malbex Resources Inc. In 2005, Mr. MacGibbon was awarded the prestigious Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada's Developer of the Year award and in 2005 Ernst and Young honoured Mr. MacGibbon for FNX’s successes with an Entrepreneur of the Year award.
James Clucas
Mr. Clucas is a co-founder of INV Metals and is currently Executive Chairman and a Director of Search Minerals Inc. Previously, Mr. Clucas held the position of President and CEO of Search Minerals Inc. Mr. Clucas was CFO of Inco Limited's Canadian operations until 1984 and has been involved in the development of several mineral deposits, including the Snow Lake Mine (High River Gold Mines), Montana Tunnels (Pegasus Mining) and the Fenix Project (HudBay Minerals). He is also a Director of North American Nickel Inc.
Parviz Farsangi
Audit Committee
Mr. Farsangi holds a B.Eng. in Mining Engineering from Laurentian University, a M.Eng. in Rock Mechanics and a Ph.D. in Mining Engineering from McGill University, and an Executive MBA from Queen's University. He is currently the President of PF Mining and Metals Inc. Prior to that he held the positions of President, CEO and Director of Scorpio Mining Corporation from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Farsangi served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Vale Inco from 2007 to 2009 and was with Falconbridge Limited from 1987 to 2007 in roles that included General Manager, Sudbury Mines/Mill Business Unit and President of Gramercy Alumina and St. Ann Bauxite. Mr. Farsangi has served on a number of mining association boards and is currently also a director of other TSX listed companies.
Eric Klein
Chairman of Audit Committee
Mr. Klein is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and valuation, corporate management, and professional accounting. He is currently the President of Klein Valuation Services Inc. Prior to that Mr. Klein held the position of Executive Vice President, Corporate Development of Dundee Corporation from 2016 to 2018. Mr. Klein served as the lead partner of Klein Farber Corporate Finance Inc., a financial services advisory firm which is a member of the Farber Financial Group from 1992 to 2016 and has served as an advisor to various corporations, quasi-government organizations, and private individuals and groups.
Candace MacGibbon

Ms. MacGibbon is a CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois) and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Sir Wilfred Laurier University. Ms. MacGibbon has significant experience in the mining sector and financial community, as a result of her previous employment as a global mining institutional salesperson with RBC Capital Markets and in base metals research as a mining associate with BMO Capital Markets. Ms. MacGibbon's experience in accounting matters includes her previous roles as a Manager at Deloitte LLP and as a cost analyst with Inco Limited. Ms. MacGibbon joined INV Metals in March 2008.
Robert Pollock
Audit Committee
Mr. Pollock is CEO and a Director of Primary Capital Inc., an exempt market dealer. Mr. Pollock was formerly Vice President - Investment Banking at Dundee Securities Corporation and has over 17 years of experience in Canadian capital markets with specific experience in merchant banking, institutional sales and investment banking. Mr. Pollock holds an MBA from St. Mary's University and a BA from Queen's University. Mr. Pollock is also a Director of Merus Labs International Inc.
David Rae

Mr. Rae holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Metallurgy from Leeds University in Yorkshire, England. Mr. Rae is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Dundee Precious Metals since May 2014. Prior to this he was Senior Vice President, Operations from November 2012. He is a seasoned international mining and smelting executive with extensive experience in Africa, Europe and Canada and has held increasingly senior operating and executive roles with international mining companies including Falconbridge and Xstrata.
Robin Weisman

Ms. Weisman joins the Board of Directors after a distinguished career of over 20 years at the International Finance Corporation (“IFC”), where she most recently held the position of principal investment officer within the mining investment group. Ms. Weisman brings a wealth of emerging country experience to INV Metals and she is passionate about corporate responsibility, diversity and environmental stewardship. Prior to the IFC, Ms. Weisman held roles of increasing responsibility with Standard Chartered Bank, Citicorp Investment Bank and CBS Television Network. Ms. Weisman holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois.
