Robert C. Bell Chief Executive Officer
	Robert Bell is a professional geologist with approximately three decades of domestic and international mineral exploration experience. He worked in Inco's (now Vale Inco) exploration department for 27 years, with experience in numerous base and precious metal deposit types in Canada, USA, Brazil, Peru, Indonesia, Turkey, Greenland and Australia, ultimately serving in the capacity of Director of Exploration.


Terrance MacGibbon Chairman
	Mr. MacGibbon, Chairman of Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. is a professional geologist with over 42 years of experience in the mining business. He graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 1968 with a B.Sc. in geology. Prior to joining FNX Mining in 1997, Mr. MacGibbon was employed for 30 years with Inco Limited. He started his career with Inco as a mine geologist in the Sudbury Basin and held increasing positions of responsibility in Inco's exploration department, culminating into the responsibility of directing Inco's North American and worldwide exploration activities as Director of Exploration. He has held directorships and senior executive positions in several TSX and TSX Venture Exchange public mining companies.


James Clucas Director
	Mr. Clucas is the founder of the Company and is currently President of Search Minerals Inc. He was Chief Financial Officer of Inco's Canadian operations until 1984 and has been involved in the development of several mineral deposits, including the Snow Lake Mine (High River Gold Mines), Montana Tunnels (Pegasus Mining) and the Fenix Project (HudBay Minerals Inc).


Paul Conibear Director
	Mr. Paul Conibear is currently the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development of Lundin Mining Corp. Mr. Conibear holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has more than 28 years of international operating and senior management experience in the mining sector, including experience in several African countries. For the past 10 years, Mr. Conibear has been a corporate officer and board director for several successful Lundin group public companies. Mr. Conibear served as former President, CEO and director of Tenke Mining Corporation and was instrumental in progressing the world class Tenke Fungurume sediment-hosted copper/cobalt project, located in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Mr. Conibear is active in advancing the Lundin group's corporate social responsibility initiatives and is a founding director of the Lundin for Africa Foundation, a charitable entity established to support sustainable development across Africa.


Parviz Farsangi Director, Audit Committee
	Mr. Farsangi holds a B.Eng. in Mining Engineering from Laurentian University, a M.Eng. in Rock Mechanics and a Ph.D. in Mining Engineering from McGill University and an Executive MBA from Queen's University. Mr. Farsangi served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Vale Inco from 2007 to 2009, and was with Falconbridge Limited from 1987 to 2007 in roles that included General Manager, Sudbury Mines/Mill Business Unit and President of Gramercy Alumina and St. Ann Bauxite. Mr. Farsangi is President of PF Mining and Metals Consulting Inc. Mr. Farsangi has served on a number of mining association boards and is currently a director of a TSX Venture Exchange listed company.


Eric Klein Director, Chairman of Audit Committee
	Mr Klein is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator with over 22 years of experience in corporate finance and valuation, corporate management, and professional accounting. Mr. Klein currently serves as the lead partner of Klein Farber Corporate Finance Inc., a financial services advisory firm which is a member of the Farber Financial Group, and has served as an advisor to various corporations, quasi-government organizations, and private individuals and groups.


Robert Pollock Director, Audit Committee
	Robert Pollock is Director, President and CEO of Primary Corp. (TSX-V: PYC) a merchant banking company and Director, President and CEO of Primary Capital Inc., a limited market dealer. He served as Senior Vice President of Quest Capital Corp. (TSX: QC, AMEX: QCC and AIM: QCC) from September 2003 to October 2006. He was formerly Vice President - Investment Banking at Dundee Securities Corporation and has 17 years of experience in the Canadian capital markets with specific experience in merchant banking, institutional sales and investment banking. Mr. Pollock holds an MBA from St. Mary's University and BA from Queen's University.
